Set up the hardware
Set Lumens directly to projector (not computer)
USE BUTTON TO SHUT DOWN so lens closes
VGA in from projector to Lumens via that short piece with serial on both ends (projector first)
USB 0 only connection to computer
Under wings dipswitch open and change to the other setting, not the default
IR in front - use remote from front of it

Menu button is redundant way of doing same thing
PBP - splits image between saved image and live image (high school CRS mentioned this was good if you had steps posted on image bit and showing part of the process on the other side)
Flipped picture does not center the same way
to get out of saved image - press play again

Once pictures are moved from Lumens to computer, they cannot be moved back
zoom is 3X optical zoom, after which it gets pixalated. So use the gooseneck to get closer
